If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read this policy carefully and feel free to contact us prior to your purchase to clear up any questions you may have.

Refunds for Digital Products or Services

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.

  • If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
  • If you change your mind about a marketing service which has already begun, we will happily negotiate a balance that’s fair for both sides.
  • If you change your mind about a marketing service which has already been completed, requests for refunds will be handled on a case by case basis and issued at our own discretion.

All refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.

Cancellation Policy

At SEO Easily, we believe in cooperating with our customers in all possible ways. We follow this flexible cancellation policy just to ease the process of cancellation if need be. We need that our client(s) agree to the following to place/confirm the request for cancellation:

  • We will consider the cancellation requests valid and acceptable only if they are submitted within 72 hours of placing the order. The requests for canceling an order will not be considered after the order has been communicated to the proper merchants/vendors, and they have started the procedure of shipping the products listed in the order.
  • When cancelling a marketing service the buyer agrees to provide a sixty (60) day notice period so all resources and planning for activities can be correctly scaled back.
